RBSPS board, suggest a different seminar format: "Cry for Help" topics, presented by all who want, and discussed by all who have an opinion, guided by a panel of moderators. Those cases are preferably cases that we all are / could be confronted with: both reconstructive as aesthetic: "what would you do here?". We believe that this interactive format - that is successfully used in some workshops -, can be very instructive and interesting to both residents as recognized plastic surgeons.
